A supportive space for your personal healing

Starting therapy can sometimes feel like a big step.

My aim is to offer a calm, respectful and non-judgmental space where you can explore what is currently moving or challenging you in your life.

In my private psychotherapy practice in Salzburg, I accompany people through difficult phases of life and support them in finding new perspectives, inner stability and a deeper understanding of themselves.

About me

I completed my core training at University of Salzburg in 2025  and hold a Diploma in Psychodrama Therapy, a Master of science accredited course.

My work is based on humanistic psychotherapy and psychodrama, which combines reflective conversation with experiential methods.

This means that inner experiences are not only spoken about, but can also be explored through images, actions and creative expression.

These approaches can help access emotions that are sometimes difficult to express in words and allow insights to emerge in a more direct and meaningful way. I actively include the nervous system in the therapeutic process through breathing and relaxation exercises.

I believe that in therapy it is a key aspect through working together we can come to new ways of relating, understanding and being.

I try to cultivate a warm, open and non-judgemental space for you to explore yourself and your issues in.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Psychodrama Psychotherapy by OEAGG
  • training in trauma therapy, eating discorders, in the field of neurodiversity
  • trained and self-educated in interpreter assisted psychotherapy

Therapy Can Help With

People seek psychotherapy for many different reasons. Some challenges appear suddenly, while others develop over time.

In my practice I support clients, for example, with:

  • depression and emotional exhaustion
  • anxiety and persistent worries
  • cultural adaption
  • ADHD and difficulties with concentration or inner restlessness
  • eating disorders or body image concerns
  • traumatic experiences
  • stress and burnout
  • relationship conflicts
  • grief and loss

Therapy can help you better understand your experiences and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others

Session & fees

When you contact me we will arrange a time to have an initial session.

This first meeting gives us the opportunity to explore what you are hoping to gain from therapy, what it might feel like to work together, and whether I believe I am the right therapist to support you.

There is no obligation to continue after the initial consultation. You are welcome to take the time you need to reflect and decide whether you would like to proceed with further sessions.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, possibly held at same time each week. Currently my working days are tuesday, thursday and friday until 12am.

Fees

My standard rate is 95 - 100€ per session.

Fees are payable via bank transfer at the end of each month.

As I am listed as therapist in Austria, the health insurance provider reimburses part of the session fee. The reimbursement typically ranges between €33.70  (ÖGK) and €45 (SVS). I will guide you through the process step by step.
